Currently, seekinga Payroll Administrator to become a part of the HIROTEC AMERICA Team.

This position is responsible for conducting the in-house payroll process by compiling payroll data, reviewing computed wages and deductions and correcting errors to ensure accuracy. Preparing quarterly and annual Federal, State and Benefit tax filings. Assist in preparation of periodic reports of monthly labor, earnings, taxes, and deductions and reconciling payroll on a quarterly basis. Assist in preparation of monthly journal entries for labor costs and payroll costs.

In addition, this position is responsible for assistance with the monthly general ledger closing; processing of accounts payable invoices, reviewing invoices for accuracy, assisting with preparation of checks, and resolving discrepancies. Other special projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and five plus years of experience processing in-house payroll and tax reporting.

Preferred Experience with a variety of payroll related software packages (i.e. Kronos, SQL database, etc.). Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong Microsoft Office skills.
